The fine print, plainly written.

"Ontesta Mini," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Ontesta Mini, an India-based educational streaming service. "You" or "User" refers to any person accessing the platform, with or without an account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian's consent) to make a payment. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment, or share login credentials.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions grant unlimited streaming across the catalogue for the term of the subscription. Per-series unlocks grant lifetime access to that single series for the account that purchased it.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
• All purchases are non-transferable.
• Refunds are not automatic. We will review reasonable refund requests received within 7 days of purchase, on a case-by-case basis (e.g., duplicate charges, technical inability to access content).

All series, episodes, thumbnails, descriptions, and other content on Ontesta Mini are the property of Ontesta Mini and/or its licensors. They are protected by Indian and international copyright law.

You may:

• Stream content for personal, non-commercial viewing.
• Reference, quote, or screenshot small portions for legitimate review or educational discussion (with credit).

You may not:

• Download, record, screen-capture, or redistribute our content.
• Reverse-engineer the platform, scrape the catalogue, or attempt to access content you have not paid for.
• Use Ontesta Mini content to train any machine-learning model without explicit written permission.

You agree not to use the platform to: harass other users, attempt to access other accounts, upload malicious code, automate excessive requests, or violate any law in your jurisdiction.

Creators and instructors uploading content to Ontesta Mini grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, transcode, and stream that content on the platform, and to promote it on our marketing surfaces. Specific revenue share, exclusivity, and attribution terms are governed by the separate creator agreement signed at onboarding.

We strive for 99.5% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, force majeure, third-party outages (CDN, payment gateway, cloud provider) may cause brief downtime. Where downtime materially affects a paid user, we may extend the affected subscription term as goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ontesta Mini's total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email and a banner on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith via email; if unresolved within 30 days, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
