Pitch a series
Got a series in you? We're listening.
Ontesta Mini grows when curious minds bring us ideas worth telling. Whether you're a teacher, researcher, working professional, or self-taught expert — if you can teach something fascinating, we want to talk.
What to send us
A great pitch is short, specific, and shows us your voice. Aim to include:
- Working title and the category it fits (Science, History, Anime Education, etc.).
- Logline — a single sentence on what the series teaches and why it matters.
- Episode breakdown — 4 to 8 episodes with one-line descriptions each.
- About you — credentials, prior teaching/writing, anything that shows you can hold a camera and an audience.
- A sample — a 2-minute teaching clip, a published article, or even a voice memo. We don't need polish, we need a point of view.
Episode updates for existing series
Already have a series running on Ontesta Mini and want to publish a new episode or correct an existing one? Use the same channels above — mention the series title in your subject line and we'll route it directly to the editor on that show.
What happens next
- We respond to every pitch within 7 working days.
- If we're a fit, you'll get a creative brief and a small paid pilot agreement.
- Once the pilot lands, we co-produce the rest of the series — you teach, we handle production, hosting, payments, and distribution.
- Creators are paid per stream and per unlock. Full terms shared in the pilot agreement.
Quick tips
We can't sign every pitch, but every pitch is read. Niche subjects (a single idea taught extremely well) almost always beat broad surveys. Show us something only you can teach.
